Thank you for your interest in a precious, loyal, and playful Goldendoodle puppy. Please fill out this questionnaire to help us hand-select the perfect pup for you! To place your name on the deposit lists, a non-refundable deposit can be made via check or paypal for $400.00. At time of puppy pick up, $3,200.00 will be due.
